二.机组特点:

1.成型组与横切刀架组合连接,适用于各类型片材热塑负压成型,尤其适应冷凝器淋水塑片负压成型。 

2.机器与搭配的模具设计有重复段。制品每版对接处不产生接纹线条。 

3.工作模台适应模具面积最大宽1100x1300mm,适应制品剪切后面积1000*1250.

 

三.片材生产工艺:

塑片上料→预热→负压成型→脱模→横切。

五、  单机组成:

A、   放片架:

● 气动抬片,减轻操作者劳动强度。汽缸采用台湾亚德客汽缸SC125*450,最大可抬片直径φ1000mm 

●  上胶下钢夹棍电动送片,采用摆辊感应驱动电机送片。夹片采用台湾亚德客SI40*50。减速电机采用国产品牌速博雷尔RV063-0.75-4P-25-B3涡轮减速机。触碰开关采用国际平牌接近开关。启停自动控制。 

● 抬片架采用国标型钢与型材组合。具有高强度以及耐用型。

 

B、   成型机:

● 加热电炉采用上下炉结构,整体可横向退炉。退炉汽缸采用台湾亚德客SI63*1200. 

● 加热瓦片采用陶瓷辐射加热器,型号122*122,加热功率400W,上下辐射加热器共计99*2=198片。分2*9=18路控温。控温采用日本富士PID调节控温。固态采用台湾优凯特。精确控制塑片温度,确使塑片温度均匀,提高塑片成型制品质量。 

● 加热电炉上下丝杆可手动调节至塑片的最佳辐射加热高度,适应各类物料加热波段。 

● 加热有保温隔热装置,在生产过程中可减少热量的损失,减少功耗。 

● 电炉外结构采用优质不锈钢组成。 

● 成型机机架采用国标100*100方管焊接。 

● 模台采用QT500珠光体型球墨铸铁,具有中高等强度、中等韧性和塑性,综合性能较高,耐磨性和减振性良好,铸造工艺性能良好等特点。 

● 模台开合采用液压控制。品牌油缸110*151两支。 

● 液压电磁阀合资品牌,液压油泵以及冷却器均采用国产品牌。 

● 液压马达采用15KW2.2kw大小泵控制。 

● 送片装置采用闭合式链轨输送,链轨采用优质合金钢氮化处理,具有强度高,耐磨性好等优点。

 

● 送片驱动采用日本安川2.9伺服马达以及控制器,配合东历伺服减速机,减速比为10:1,精确控制送片长度,裁切长度。 

● 链轨宽度采用手动丝杆调节,以便适应不同制品宽度。 

● 模台导柱润滑系统以及上下五支点润滑采用自动油脂润滑系统。 

● 成型采用负压吸塑成型。真空泵采用德国BUSCH普旭RA0100F进口原装真空泵,功率2.2Kw 

● 上模台调节采用电动自动调模装置,调模减速齿轮马达采用台湾东历PL40-2200-100S3-B 

● 上模台调节采用链条串联,控制模台同步升降。 

● 成型上下工作模台均配置正负压通气孔,用于负压吸塑成型,(根据客户需要可配置正压吹气成型)。上下吹气脱模。

 

● 成型上下工作模台均配置正负压通气孔,用于负压吸塑成型,(根据客户需要可配置正压吹气成型)。上下吹气脱模。 

● 五支点采用45#碳素钢锻件,销轴采用40Cr合金钢锻件。具有高强度,耐扭矩,耐磨性强。 

● 五支点导向轴采用45#镀铬轴,确使五支点不偏移,稳定合模的可靠性。 

● 模台导柱采用P20锻件,四导柱结构,稳定可靠。 

● 模台开合模油缸控制采用日本欧姆龙接近开关。 

● 热封板开合采用台湾亚德客SI50*150

 

C、   横切机:

● 横切机架采用国标型钢与国标型材组合。 

● 接料采用输送带输送后收集制品。输送带采用PVC条式输送带。输送马达RV050-0.37-4P-30-B3速博雷尔涡轮减速马达。 

● 横切机架进退采用台湾上银HG25CA-1500直线导轨导正,手动调节进退。 

● 横切配置一把刀片,采用德国FESTO无杆汽缸OSP-P32-1100驱动刀片。 

● 纵切配置3把刀片,可对开,可切边。采用德国FESTO无杆汽缸OSP-P32-1300驱动刀片。 

● 纵切导向采用台湾上银直线导轨HG25CA-1500直线导轨导正. 

● 横切机压片采用台湾亚德客汽缸SI63-80 

● 油压缓冲器采用台湾亚德客ACA2040

 

D、   废边卷取机:

● 与横切机安装组合。结构合理,简单,节省空间。 

● 配置废边卷取装置2套,以便不停机更换卷轴。操作方便,简单。 

● 卷取驱动马达为60WJSCC国际品牌减速齿轮马达。 

● 卷取装置为上下排列装置。

 

E、   电气控制系统:

● 人机界面采用台湾维纶触摸屏。 

● PLC采用日本欧姆龙工业计算机控制器。 

● 伺服驱动采用安川伺服马达 

● 温控表采用富士PID控温调节模块,更精确控制温度。 

● 开关以及断路器均采用TCL. 

● 按钮、接触器均采用法国施耐德。 

● 接近开关以及中间继电器使用日本欧姆龙。

五、  单机组成:

● 气动抬片,减轻操作者劳动强度。汽缸采用台湾亚德客汽缸SC125*450,最大可抬片直径φ1000mm
