AZS-820/610全自动三工位正负压热成型
一、适合片材:
淀粉降解片材、光降解片材、环保片材、APET、PETG。各种颜色片材: PVC、HIPS、PET、PS、PP、EPS等。植绒片材。
二、功能特点:
01. 机械、气动，电气一体化。各动作程序由PLC控制。触摸屏操作，简单方便。
02. 成型、裁断、堆叠三工位。
03. 正负压带辅助拉伸成型。
04. 上、下模成型方式。
05. 伺服送片，长度无级调整，高速准确稳定。
06. 上下双电热炉两倍加热，温控更加精确。
07. 电热炉控温系统采用全电脑智能自动补偿控制，分区一控一采用人机界面数字输入，具有微调精度高，温度均匀，升温快（从0-400度只需5分钟），稳定（不受外部电压影响，温度波动不超过1度），能耗低（节能15%左右），炉板使用寿命长等优点。
08. 自动堆叠，制品自动计数输出。
09. 具有产品资料及参数档案记忆功能。
10. 边角料自动收卷。
11. 送片链轨宽度可同步或分立电动调整。
