V. Other detail of the machine:
1. 机架由100型及120型槽钢焊接而成,结构合理;
2. 上下工作模台采用球墨铸铁(QT500-7)刚性强,耐冲击;
3. 模具工作模台上下移动采用4导柱及导套正行导正,导正能力强,使整机运行平稳,模具刀口寿命长;
4. 导柱材料采用40Cr钢经过调质处理、电镀硬铬磨成镜面;
5.送片传动方式采用台湾东历减速电机1台,功率3.7KW,配日本富士变频器调速,送片准确,力量大性能稳定
6. 送片链轨采用4/8”带齿双排链送片,冷却采用不锈管冷却;
7. 加热箱采用不锈钢板压制而成,加热分为上、下及预加热箱,配江苏陶瓷加热瓦片,加热外侧配有保温装置,节约用电;上下电炉由气缸推动自动移出;上电炉可向前移动完全靠近模台
8. 加热方式加热箱由、纵向8段,横向4段,共12段组成。;
9. 成型拉伸采用气缸规格Ø160×175mm,速度快,起着提高产品透明度及均匀度;
10.合模及自动冲剪采用注塑机原理,由液压油缸驱动连杆装置进行上下传动,行程220mm,速度快,噪音低,高产量高,油缸采用进口密封圈,连杆副由球墨铸件内藏38crmoA1A钢套及钢轴组成,有耐磨性强,使用寿命长等特点;
11. 收卷方式采用联机式卷取,主要是收卷产品成冲剪后回收片;
12.两个润滑油泵,分别为五支点和四导柱提供润滑油
